L’effettività della tutela esecutiva ed il problema delle misure coercitive. Tentativi di introdurre nel nostro ordinamento un modello simile all’astreinte francese. L’esperienza straniera. La penalità di mora nel diritto comunitario ed in quello italiano. L’astreinte in Italia come norma di portata generale.
