Il licenziamento per giustificato motivo oggettivo: la disciplina. Il sindacato del giudice e il principio di insindacabilità delle scelte imprenditoriali. L’inquadramento teorico del giustificato motivo oggettivo: come è risolto dal giudice il conflitto tra interesse del lavoratore e interesse del datore di lavoro. Il “soggettivismo giudiziale” in materia e proposte di riforma.
