Historical profile of multiple voting shares: from the 1972 civil code to the legislative decree "competitività" n. 91/2014. The Italian civil code and the introduction of the ban to multiple voting shares with art. 2351. Multiple voting shares: applicable discipline and practices for listed and not listed companies. Proportional correlation between risk and power in Italy. Europe experiences "one-share, one-vote" principle and the Control enhancing mechanisms (CEMs).
