L’argomento che viene trattato nella tesi è molto interessante a causa della sua profonda attualità. Il tema è quello della cooperative compliance, tradotto nel nostro ordinamento con la locuzione “adempimento collaborativo”, regime recentemente introdotto dal legislatore, che ha come destinatari i grandissimi contribuenti italiani.
