Abstract/Index
Can migrations flows towards European Union’s territories affect the political and economic institutions and policies? What are the main responses of the institutions to this problem? These questions represent the starting point of the thesis. Economic cooperation between the European Union and the states of the Mediterranean have always been one of the most difficult and unresolved diplomatic issues in the Brussels agenda.
