Abstract/Index

The Italian energy context and its diversification: understanding present projects to study future actions. With an interview to Gianni Bessi, specialist in the energy sector and author of "gas naturale: l'energia di domani". ENI's findings in the eastern Mediterranean: the role and partnership with Egypt, Israel, Cyprus and Greece and the question posed by Turkey. The blue gold attracts the Gulf cooperation council: Qatar and Saudi Arabia are betting on the American LNG. The European energy Union (EEU) project: a common path toward security, stability and integration. Italy at a crossroads: national energy security passes through natural gas and renewable energy.
