I presupposti per la tutela del credito in applicazione delle misure di prevenzione. Il rapporto tra Stato confiscante e la posizione giuridica dei terzi. Intervento pubblico nell'economia con provvedimenti differenti da sequestro e confisca: la straordinaria e temporanea gestione dell'attività ex art. 32 d.l. 90/2014. Misure di prevenzione, fallimento e concordato preventivo: raffronto tra disciplina antimafia e disciplina fallimentare.
