The evolution of telecommunications market in the European Union: the progressive harmonization from Rome treaty to the Lisbon treaty. Telecommunication and roaming in the framework of Europe 2020 agenda and the European digital single market. The legal introduction on European level on roaming tariffs and the creation of the "eurotariff". “Roam like at home” (RLAH) commission’s proposal and the 2120/2015 regulation: the gradual abolition of roaming fees through the Union.
