Dal telelavoro allo "smart working". Le prime esperienze di lavoro da remoto: analisi dei risultati. I limiti del telelavoro ed i primi dibattiti sullo "smart working". La l. 81/2017: schema operativo del "lavoro agile". Una comparazione Italia-Paesi esteri. L'assicurazione obbligatoria per gli infortuni e le malattie professionali (art. 23). Il "lavoro agile" nella pubblica amministrazione. Il ricorso al "lavoro agile" ai tempi del Covid-19. L'impiego dello "smart working" nell'emergenza sanitaria creata dal virus Covid-19. Le aperture verso un maggiore impiego futuro del "lavoro agile".
