Conflict powered engines and the myth of redemptive violence. Conflict is to a story what fuel is to an engine. Good needs evil, evil needs good. Conflict is to a story what fuel is to an engine. Identifyng identity. First step: identity is given from above. Exhacerbation of the political debate and the modern application of the myth.
