Proof of damages and quantification criteria in directive 104/2014/EU and in the implementing Italian legislative decree n. 3 of 2017. The antitrust practical guide for the quantification of antitrust damage, the role of technical legal consulting and that of the AGCM as amicus curiae. The equitable assessment by the judge.
