Safeguarding space environment, a space-oriented perspective. From back-contamination of earth to the front-contamination of outer space. How the system of fishing quotas in the European Union is relevant for a future regulation of the earth orbital environment. The artemis accords, a non-binding guide for the sustainable use of outer space activities. Private actors and the appropriation of resources on celestial bodies and asteroids.
