Poststructuralist feminism: beyond the gender binary. Post-structuralist feminist research: literature review. A post-structuralist feminist perspective on law: is law capable of accommodating gender beyond the binary? Challenging (the binary conception of) sex/gender in our legal frameworks. Legal gender recognition of preferred gender in Europe: towards depathologization. Legal gender recognition and the self-determination model.
