Theory. General obligations: general impacts of the GDPR. Specific obligations for a PA: applicable obligations (public interests) & non-applicable obligations (lawfulness of processing). Specific prescription of the privacy code for a PA. Method. Practices about an inspection performed following the DPA (Data processing agreement). Further real case examples: sanctions a PA can face if it is not compliant and how they can improve. How the economic entity we have inspected has performed. Results. Discussion.
