Critical security studies and securitization. Critical security studies as a turning point in the conception of security. Focus on the schools of Copenhagen and Paris. Operation triton 2017 and the securization of migration by Frontex as shown in case T-31/18. Frontex role in operation Triton 2017. Case T-31/18 and the broadening of the definition of public security. Frontex bureaucrats abd the securitization of migration through the Paris school approach. Case T-31/18 and the lack of accountability for disrespect of fundamental rights. Frontex and JO Triton responsibilities concerning respect of fundamental rights. Frontex and case T-31/18: the primacy of a "culture of secrecy". A "cultural of secrecy" that helps discarding fundamental rights, through primacy of security.
