1960s–1970s: post-colonialism’s liminal phase, a transition from colonial subjugation to a self-defined nationhood. The dual nature of liberation: the exhilaration of revolution tempered by the pragmatism required for governance. The seeds of anarchism: between revolutionary idealism and authoritarian reality.
