I rapporti tra le società partecipanti alla joint venture. Analisi del settore della componentistica automotive in Italia. L'evoluzione economico-finanziaria della BCBS dal 2004 al 2008 e l'acquisizione totale da parte di Brembo. La BCBS come organo propulsore del parco scientificotecnologico Kilometro Rosso. Analisi finanziaria dell'integrazione tra Brembo e DaimlerChrysler. Lo sviluppo odierno di BCBS: nuove forme di integrazione per la crescita.
