Literature review. What is war truly and when can a conflict be categorized as a war? Hybrid warfare, unconventional warfare or irregular tactics? The rise of hybrid incidents in Poland and the Baltic Sea region linked to Russian strategic thinking. Defense and security strategies: the polish response to hybrid incidents. Regional security dynamics, hybrid warfare countermeasures and the vulnerability of the Baltic Sea region.
