Impact on consumer behavior and returns: virtual try-on, decision-making and statistics on returns. Sustainability in fashion retail: challenges of fast fashion, reverse logistics and role of AR/VR. Research gap and theoretical framework: technology adoption, customer experience and sustainability models. Research methodology.
