Organizational design and environmental challenges: the impact of environmental regulations on structural design. Empirical analysis. Research methodology: qualitative approaches and hypotheses. Data collection and selection. Analysis and comparison methodology. Data analysis and results. Analysis of the main results achieved by individual companies. Analysis of comparison results. Final comparison and analysis of similarities and differences among the companies. Critical discussion: alignments and divergences between theory and practice managerial implications and future organizational design strategies.
