La disciplina giuridica dell'immigrazione clandestina via mare nel diritto internazionale ed europeo. I limiti imposti dai diritti umani alle operazioni di contrasto all'immigrazione clandestina. La legittimità delle operazioni italo-libiche di contrasto all'immigrazione clandestina rispetto alle disposizioni internazionali in materia di diritti umani.
