Scopo del presente lavoro di tesi è quello di illustrare la nuova disciplina del mutamento di mansioni nel comparto giuslavoristico privato, a seguito delle modifiche introdotte dal d.lgs 81 del 2015, meglio noto comunemente come “Jobs Act”.
