Climate change as an actual problem. International investment law and international environmental law: the role of ICSID. Climate change from a legal perspective: legal framework. BITs from the perspective of climate change: the gaps in environmental provisions. Dispute settlement regulation according to the BIT. BITs analysis from a legal perspective. Improvement over the years: analysis of the gaps in the current position.
