BITs from the perspective of climate change: the gaps in environmental provisions. Dispute settlement regulation according to the BIT. BITs analysis from a legal perspective. Improvement over the years: analysis of the gaps in the current position. How should the governments balance the harmony between protecting the investor’s interest and environmental safety while drafting the BIT. Environmental exemptions and procedural protection.
