Il tema di indagine che ci si propone di affrontare riguarda l’influenza che l’avvento dei social network ha avuto e continua ad avere all’interno dell’ambiente lavorativo, nonché il conseguente rapporto tra la tutela del diritto alla riservatezza del lavoratore e i limiti al potere di controllo del datore di lavoro.
