Il presente elaborato ha lo scopo di offrire un’analisi dei principali istituti che compongono il quadro normativo dell’arbitrato societario nel diritto brasiliano e di individuarne i principi fondanti, anche alla luce della recente riforma ad opera della legge 13.129/2015, che innova e modifica numerosi aspetti delle preesistenti normative disciplinanti l’arbitrato ordinario e le società per azioni.
