Consumer protection in the agri-food sector. Preliminary remarks. Consumer's right to information: the concepts of information and communication and the framing of the right to information in public goods. The relationship between the consumer and the trader: the concept of information asymmetry. European and national legislative framework for the protection of the consumer of food products. Consumer information in agribusiness: an initial introduction. The duty to provide adeguate information to the consumer of alcoholic beverages. Information duties applied to food products.
