A multitude of financing instruments: SPACs. Focus on SME tools of financing. The instrument of special purpose acquisition companies. Scope of application and comparisons. Evolution of the new trend explosion: sustainability. Short introduction. What is meant by sustainability? Different concepts of sustainability (economic, environmental & social). The role of sustainability in the enterprise landscape. Develop of different trending around this concept. The rule of the trend of b-corporation. Green bond. Are the SPACs a tool that allows a better transition in the field of sustainability? Definition sample. Premises or assumptions. Hypothesis statement. Methodology. Defining research question and panel comparable companies. Comparative analysis of a group of SPACs. Considerations about the results. Direct correlation between the two themes: SPACs and sustainability. Different conditions in favour of a development of this instrument in correlation with sustainability.
