Agile working: a revolution from IT world. Agile methodologies: from manifesto to companies’ reality. Flexible ways of working: smart and remote working. The shift to remote of the different agile approaches. Agile leadership in self-organised teams: the virtual challenge. Realisation of the survey. Data collection methodology. Population identification and sample selection. Construction of the survey. Analysis of results. No real lack of connection but “digital challenge” and missing of human contact. Productivity maintained its levels, teams sometime over performed. Work life balance, remote as an added value for workers.
